Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellations by the Traveler

  • The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances (illness, flight cancellations, changes of plans, etc.).
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to service start are not eligible for any refund.

1.2 Cancellations by the Agency

If the Agency cancels a service due to external reasons (extreme weather, roadblocks, social unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, or other extraordinary circumstances):

The Traveler may choose to:

  1. Reschedule the service, assuming additional non-refundable costs (entrance tickets, hotels, transport).
  2. Receive an open credit valid for 12 months, applicable to other tours with Pachamama Escapes.

No cash refunds will be issued.
